The way you worded it makes it sound like its not a simulation issue it just spools up when LTspice opens. the computations are simple, you just asked for infinity of them at max speed. your cooling responds, and it will do the same thing if you write "while True" in python and press enter. it is likely just maxing out one thread until its done.
